Microterra Labs operates as a small-batch biological supply company specializing in live microfauna cultures, substrates, and terrarium materials. All products are sold for educational, research, and hobby use only.

2. Use of the Website

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this site or its content without written permission from Microterra Labs.

3. Product Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in product listings, photos, and descriptions. However, because our live cultures are biological systems, variation in size, color, and population density is normal. All measurements and counts are approximate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time.

4. Live Culture Policy

All live items are shipped Monday through Wednesday to minimize transit times. Buyers must be available to receive deliveries upon arrival. Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only when the buyer follows the listed receiving and reporting instructions.

5. Payment and Billing

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved gateways. By submitting an order, you authorize Microterra Labs to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the continental United States. Delays caused by weather, postal carriers, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Live Arrival Guarantee and Refund Policy. We do not accept returns of live organisms or opened biological materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, product names, and images are the property of Microterra Labs. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Microterra Labs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always wash hands after handling live cultures or substrate materials and follow proper care instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
